UPDATE: The bill has gone effect, making free credit scores a reality: markudall.senate.gov Senator Udall speaks on the floor of the Senate after introducing the Fair Access to Credit Scores Act, which will amend the Fair Credit Reporting Act to require credit-rating agencies to divulge credit scores, free of charge, to consumers when they access their free annual credit report.
