Free Credit Report- Absolutely Free Credit Report

I have requested and received free credit reports from all the 3 credit agencies, but none of the reports include a credit score. Are they required to send you your score. I did see a link on one of the sites that asked for $12 to get my credit score and not just the credit history.

I heard that AnnualCreditReport.com gives you a free credit report from all three creditors – is this true? Someone told me you could get say… a report from Experian in January, a report from TransUnion in April, and a report from Equifax in November of the same year – all for free. Is this accurate info?

If it is true, I just pulled mine from FreeCreditReport.com about two weeks ago. Can I still get two more for free from AnnualCreditReport.com?

Recently one of my credit card application got rejected. The letter from the bank states that, i am eligible to get a free credit report within next 60 days. When i called the credit reporting agency (transunion) number given on the letter, it goes to an automated number and requires me to provide ssn and address details to get a report. How do i reach out to a real person and get the free report i am eligible because of my application rejection?
